I. General rules
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.grandmonastery.com internet platform, its software applications and the electronic services provided thereon (hereafter referred to as "Services").

1.2. The platform www.grandmonastery.com is maintained and managed by GM Travel Ltd., with its headquarters in Smolyan, 4700, 3, Orphey Str., Bl.2, ent. G, ap.44, registered in Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 200385313.

1.3. When using the internet platform www.grandmonastery.com and the services offered through it, a contractual relationship arises between the User of Services and GM Travel Ltd, therefore the User should be an adult according to the Bulgarian legislation (at the age of 18) and become thoroughly acquainted with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Subject to these General Terms and Conditions are the services offered by the www.grandmonastery.com platform - the user's making a reservation of accommodation at the accommodation sites specified in the platform according to the conditions detailed in each particular offer as well as the provision of additional services reservation - transfer, boarding, ski equipment rental and ski school.
1.5. In order to use the services offered by the www.grandmonastery.com platform, the User, by clicking the mouse in the designated place before finalizing any inquiry, must declare that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The finalization of the reservation confirms that the User (together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation for using the same services) is familiar with and has accepted the Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These Terms are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser, or protocol used by the user.

1.7. Via the platform www.grandmonastery.com, electronic services offered and maintained by third parties may also be provided under a contract concluded between them and GM Travel Ltd.
II. Changes to Terms and Conditions

2. "GM Travel" Ltd. has the right to unilaterally change the content of these General Terms and Conditions. All changes reflected in these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately after their publication on www.grandmonastery.com.

III. Provision of personal data
3.1 When using services through www.grandmonastery.com, the User completes the application form published on the Site, which must provide the following personal data: name and surname, valid phone number and valid e-mail address.

3.2 By sending a request for a personal offer via the contact form published at www.grandmonastery.com, the User gives his explicit consent "GM Travel Ltd" to store and process the data provided by him, as well as may give consent to receive  electronic newsletter from www.grandmonastery.com with news and events related to the destination and the platform, information about special offers, promotional games and more.
IV. Terms of Service
4.1. Any booking through the www.grandmonastery.com platform will be considered an act of purchase of the relevant service - hotel accommodation and / or ski services subject to this reservation.
4.2. For each reservation made via the contact form on the www.grandmonastery.com platform, the user sends a request by filling in the published form.
4.3. In response to the request, the User receives an e-mail containing information about the specific offer: the possibility of providing it in the period specified by the User, the type and number of booked rooms in the selected accommodation, type of meal, the price of the service, as well as a contact email if they decide to change any of the parameters of the deal.
4.4. Before making the payment via the email address the User can request to change any of the service parameters. After sending the request with the final parameters of the services, the user receives a new e-mail with the specific offer according to the specified parameters.
4.5. It is the responsibility of the User to verify his / her reservation and to monitor the compliance of all requested parameters as well as to pay the price determined for the service within the terms and the amount specified in the particular offer as well as to choose one of the available payment methods, specified below in these Terms and Conditions.
4.6. If the requested services are not paid within 48 hours of receipt of the e-mail with the particular offer, the withdrawal is deemed to be withdrawn and the reservation made is automatically canceled.
4.7. Once the payment has been made, a confirmation of the reservation is received at the e-mail address entered by the User. Invoice for the payment made The user can obtain at check-in and / or can be sent by e-mail upon request.
V. Prices and Payment
5.1. The prices listed in the www.grandmonastery.com platform are gross, with 9% or 20% VAT included, resort fee and insurance depending on the service.
5.2. The total price payable by the User for the services he / she requests is calculated according to the number and type of the reserved services, the number of persons using them / adults and / or children / and the actual price offer for the respective service. Prices do not include any additional charges and services not mentioned at the time of the reservation and which are due at the place (if any).
5.3. GM Travel Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers in the platform www.grandmonastery.com, depending on the demand and available vacancies. For already made, verified and paid reservations, the amount due will not change regardless of the new bids submitted.
5.4. Payment is made in BGN per BNB Fixed Rate for the day.
VI. Possible payment methods (methods)
Payment can be made in the following ways:
6.1. Electronically with debit or credit card
When choosing a direct booking for accommodation through the www.grandmonastery.com platform, the User will be transferred to the site of our Booking.com Partner. In this case, the terms and conditions of Booking.com are applicable and it is the responsibility of the User to become acquainted with and agree with them. The user provides the details of his / her credit / debit card or bank account to the secure server on Booking.com.
For certain (non-refundable) prices or special offers, your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (at times not eligible for refund) at the time of making a Reservation. Please check (reservation) the details of your selected product or service entirely for such conditions before making your Booking Reservation. When choosing a payment through the electronic payment systems of EPAY.BG and PAYPAL.COM, the amount due is received by the payment service site and, after successful payment, the booking is guaranteed. In this case, GM Travel Ltd does not have access to any credit or debit card data.
6.2. By bank transfer
Payment must be made within the deadline specified in the e-mail. As reason for payment the User must supply: date of arrival and his name.
Once the payment has been made, a copy of the payment order or import note should be sent to: info@grandmonastery.com.
Bookings made prior to the date of arrival cannot be paid via bank transfer.
VII. Reservation and accommodation. Cancellations and changes. Penalties
7.1 Reservations and accommodation
7. 1.1 These Terms and Conditions oblige GM Travel Ltd. to provide the accommodation, booked and paid by the User under the conditions specified therein.
7.1.2. The "Remarks" field on the reservation form is not mandatory for GM Travel Ltd. and any User wishes filled in the field will only be met if possible
7.1.3. For the purpose of the reservation, as children are treated only persons who are not more than 12 years old at the start date of the use of the services
7.1.4. In case of extraordinary circumstances, GM Travel Ltd. can change or cancel reservation, paid by the User= In such cases GM Travel informs the User immediately and the User has the right to choose one of the following alternatives:
(a) to accept accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category and, if it is impossible and when accommodating in a lower category, to be reimbursed the difference between the service paid and the actual price;
(b) cancel the reservation. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, due to changes made by GM Travel Ltd., the amount paid by the User is subject to a full refund under the terms and conditions set out below.
7.2. Requests for cancellation of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail at info@grandmonastery.com
7.2.1. In case of cancellation by the User of an already paid reservation or in the case of no-show, GIM Travel Ltd. refunds the amount paid by the User upon written request by e-mail to info@grandmonastery.com. The application must contain: User name and surname, reservation number, bank details (bank, account number to be transferred, holder). In this case, the User has the right to receive the amount he has paid, after deduction of the cancellation fee (if such is due), within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the written request.
7.2.2. Certain special non-refundable / non-refundable quotes are not subject to cancellation or change, and are explicitly mentioned in a prominent place in the bids themselves.
7.2.3. In the event of cancellation in a period for which penalties have already taken effect, the amount paid on the reservation subject to cancellation shall be refunded to the User after deduction of the amount due for the penalty and after deduction of the costs incurred for transfers of funds under this booking.
7.2.4. In the event of non-observance of the cancellation conditions under item 7.2.1 of these General Terms and Conditions, the difference between the amount paid by the User for the reservation and the due penalty (if such is due) shall be refunded by DM Travel to 30 (thirty ) days from the date of cancellation / no-show /, in the way the user made his / her payment
7.3. Penalties on cancellations

7.3.1.Cancellation fees for paid hotel reservations are subject to the type of reservation: standard, reservation with a non-refundable deposit For standard bookings - Cancellations without penalty are made 7 days prior to the date of check in, after this period a penalty of 100% of the amount is due or a penalty of 100% of the prepayment is due. For no-show penalty is 100% of the amount due or 100% of the prepayment made. For non-refundable bookings - 100% of the amount due and / or the transferred deposit is deducted as a penalty. For no-show penalty is 100% of the amount due or 100% of the prepayment made
7.4. Changes to paid reservations
7.4.1 Requests for change of parameters of paid reservations by the User shall be accepted only if they are made in writing - by e-mail at info@grandmonastery.com.
7.4.2. The team at www.grandmonastery.com will do its best to satisfy the User's requests for a change of paid reservation but does not guarantee its execution. Changes to paid reservations are made only when possible and are valid upon receipt of a written confirmation of the user's electronic address.
7. .4.3. When changing a paid reservation, there may be changes in the price of the reservation, subject to the new conditions. In this case, the change of reservation is valid after an additional payment has been made by the User.
7.4.4. Upon change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately prior to the start date of the provision of the reserved service when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be treated as cancelation  and the corresponding penalties are charged to the User.
